We understand your concern as you are unable to install Fitbit app on your PC. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.
- What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
- What is the make and model of the PC?
- Did you try downloading the Fitbit app from Microsoft Store?
- What is the error message/code you are getting, while installing the app?
- Are you aware of any recent changes, prior to this issue?
We did repro the issue and we are able to install it successfully from Microsoft Store as shown below.
Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these two steps and check if that helps to fix the issue.
- Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start button, and then select Settings> Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
- Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows + R Keyto open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.
