Hi kingcluck and thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Please allow me to assist with your issue.

Can you post information about your computer like Brand, Model, GPU specifications?

There has been some success with this workaround given by the Game Master that you could attempt: https://community.blackdesertonline.com/index.p...

Have you also tried sending a ticket to the game's technical support team? https://blackdesert.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/reques...

    Hi kingcluck,

    It's an "xcoronahost.xem" known issue.

    Have you tried compatibility mode?

    Thanks!
