A ghost folder - stuck and cannot be deleted

Today's greatest bug award goes to this one - A folder is stuck in the system and cannot be deleted because it is ''not found''.

Simple suggestions like reboot and safe mode are, of course, useless.

Tried that, no luck. The command prompt cannot find the folder either.

It's not a bug - there is a good reason for the problem: The folder's name violates the file system's rules. What is the exact path & name of this folder?

The further, the more interesting. If the name contained some forbidden characters, it would just not be possible to name the folder that way.

The folder is in the Downloads section and is named ''new campaign''. I really do not see anything wrong with the rules and it is not clear why a folder suddenly cannot be deleted or found.
