Add filter in blob storage in azure

How can "Add filer" be used in storage container in Azure. Please advise. When I click on Add filter then I need to type Index key and index value. I thought the index key might be the column name and the index value is a value in the column. But it does not work.

    thanks for the answer. I still do not know how to set a filter where I, e.g, only see those records that are modified 7/7/2021 here. What to write in these to filet fields?

    Blob index and values are updated as follows. It6 can be set to each blob and useful to filter
