DLP Policy in Office 365 Action is missing the Encrypt option

Hi,

I am setting up our DLP Policy. We have G3 (E3 equivalent) license. In other documentation I found online, I should have the encrypt option. It also says in the title "Block.. OR Encrypt..." But I only have "Block". Where are the other options to encrypt only but not blocked?

Also, if users have G1 license only, will they be affected by this policy? Thank you.

    This action will only be available if Exchange Online is the only location selected for the policy.
