Hello! My name is Marco, I am an Independent Advisor. I will do my best to help you.

To check printer ink levels on Windows regardless of the brand, follow these steps below:

1.Click the start menu and search for ‘Devices and Printers’.

2.Select devices and printers in the search bar. This will allow you to see the printers connected to the computer.

3.Click the printer you want to check, and you’ll see the ink levels at the bottom of the devices and printers section. It will appear under the status area, which you can click for more information.

    or

You probably have software to install when you install your printer? In this software there should be an option to check the ink level in your cartridges.

What kind of printer do you have?

I have a brother and it has a small display screen that shows the level of ink in each cartridge and sends a warning when one or more are getting low.

Have you read the User Manual for your printer?

Do you look in the printer manual? If not can you give me the exact model of the printer?

Don't have a "status area" in Windows 10.
