Good Afternoon,
We are in the process of spinning up new resource mailboxes for conference rooms.
The rooms are using the default of AutoAccept for Calendar Processing.
There was a request from management that we put a message to the meeting organizer when the request is sent.
That is not a problem as we have done this and tested without issue. My question, is there a character limit for this automated response?
That will help us draft and plan out the responses accordingly.

I would agree with Andy if the auto response means for the response for the room booking request. The article above has a good example that may help you on your situation.
