    Hi,

My name is Gary an independent advisor and I would be happy to help you out with your concern,

Under this link are the list of drivers available for your device's model.

    https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ph/en/products/lap...

    1. Choose bluetooth and modem
    2. Click the drop down arrow under see files
    3. Click the download icon for "ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software"
    4. Launch the application and follow the prompts for the installation.

Let me know how it goes. :)

    Hi Gary

Thanks for your reply. I have downloaded and installed the driver but I can see no sign of it on my pc even though I rebooted. What should I do next?

    Hi Jonathan,

I would recommend checking the settings menu first if the option to enable bluetooth is present

    1. Go to start menu and open settings (gear icon)
    2. Click devices
    3. Choose bluetooth
    4. Toggle bluetooth to on

Other than that, since upon reinstalling the bluetooth driver and if its still not present in the device manager I would recommend enabling bluetooth in the bios as it is most likely turned off from the firmware itself.
