will Cadworx 2012 work on Windows 10. I also have Autocad 2012...will that work as well?

You should also check with the program manufacturer to see if programs are compatible with 10.

Autodesk don't support AutoCAD 2012 on Windows 10. I had that CAD version and it was working on Windows 10 v1803 but not on any later Windows versions.
