Microsoft Store Doesn't let me download themes

Hi, when I try to download a new theme from the store, it's just kept glitching every time. Never seen this before, the problem was started today. th

Are you facing the issue, where after clicking 'Get' button, nothing happens. If that is the case, it is known issue atm.

There’s been problems with the App Store for many users over the last few days affecting updating & downloading new or purchased apps.

If the problem hasn’t yet been rectified for you then be sure a fix is forthcoming. The problem has been fixed on my PC.

    Hi Joseph. thanks for answering. I actually tried that one several times but didn't work before. Recently i upgraded my windows home to pro. maybe that caused everything. because this isn't the only glitch on my computer. Can't reset my laptop right now cuz I didn't divide my HDD. there s only Disc C that's all.

    1. Press the Windows key, type in Settings then press enter.
    2. Go to Apps > Apps & features.
    3. Scroll down and click "Microsoft Store".
    4. Click "Advanced Options".
    5. Click "Reset".
    6. Restart PC when reset completes.
