I have MSI GL63 laptop and my windows version is 2004.
today i noticed that my Fn key and Windows keys swapped functioning .
Is this windows issue or any other? How can I solve it?

This is a known issue with Windows updates, whereby it toggles the need to press the Fn Key when accessing the various functions provided by the function keys (F1 - F12)
Open the Dragon Center on your MSI GL63, is there a 'Current' tab, if so choose that . . .
Depending on the version of Dragon Center, you can reverse that change on that page in Dragon Center . . .
