Where do I find "My Games" or "My library"?

I paid for a one year subscription to the Solitaire Collection and am trying to download it. I keep getting a message to download it from "My Games" or "My Library." Could someone please tell me where to find both of these suggestions. I have been looking for hours! HELP! Thanks a lot for your help!!!

    1. Open the Microsoft Store.
    2. On the upper right corner click the three dots. (...)
    3. The dropdown list will pop out then select "My Library".

    Go Store, click on the 3 dots near your picture, click on My Library.  Scroll down to the app and either Install or Launch.

    same problem have found no answers been to store and library no help I launch nothing happens

    I have the same issue. After buying a game, I updated windows 10 and now I receive the ads that I paid to avoid. I get the same error if I try to purchase.

    When I go to my library, only launch is available. There is no option to download and launching doesn't solve the issue.
