Alt-Tab Delay

Hi all,

I posted this a few weeks ago but it kind of died, so I'm reposting it. I've been having this minor annoyance for a while now. When I use Alt-Tab to switch between windows, there is a 1.5-2 second delay. Since I switch apps a lot, it gets really annoying. I've read that this issue can be linked to Focus mode, but turning that off has no effect. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

It seems that this problem is unique to Lenovo computers with System Interface Foundation installed. If anyone else sees this thread, I would refer you to this solution:

Open the run command by pressing windows key and the R key

    Type in sysdm.cpl

    Go to the advanced tab

Tick the adjust for best performance

    Hit apply and ok.
