i have created a software that can take screen shot with time and date.
just one has to move mouse to screen shot.

If you use Snip & Sketch you can do a full screen or smaller. When you click to save ( the floppy disk icon in the upper right ) it goes to Pictures an an Annotation and includes the date and time.
With Snip & Sketch you can also mark up the snip.
