COM Port Does Not work on Win10

Com port does not work anymore and need it for work.
Panasonic CF-20
Version 1909 Win 10 PRO
build 18363.657
I have done everything I can think of. Update driver, uninstall, reinstall. Nothing works. Please help/fix.

Edit -. My touchpad and USBs on the docking station and keyboard section stopped also. The only USB that works is on the screen side. Thanks.

2020-02-19T20:00:48+00:00 Done that many times. Even changed the port number under device manager and uninstall. Nothing fixes this issue. It's due to win update. Other laptop cf 20 is fine and doesn't have latest updates.

I would recommend to check that the port number of your COM port in Device Manager matches the COM port number configured in the application that's trying to access it.
There's a guide to check/change the COM port number in Device Manager here:
