I bought a new ASUS RUFF game computer.

All was working fine, until I did check for updates and install.

Now my numeric keys on the right side of keyboard no longer work.

Found the problem with my 2 ASUS laptops.

ā€œUse numeric keypad to move mouse around the screenā€ option in the Ease of Access section of the Settings menu. To do so, you need to:

    Open the Start Menu.

    Click on Settings.

    Click on Ease of Access.

Click on Mouse in the left pane.

In the right pane, under Mouse keys, make sure that the Use numeric keypad to move mouse around the screen option it turned off.

How is that for a hidden setting that makes no sense

    Hi Bob

Do you normally press NumLock to use that numeric keypad, if so, try pressing Fn + Num Lock to see if that works, or vice versa . . .

If not, go to the support page for your PC on the ASUS website, then from there look for an ATK driver, and install that from there . . .

if you have any difficulty locating that support page, what is the exact Model No. of your ASUS PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing . . .
