No Option to Switch Users - Windows 10 Pro - Post Update - Fast Switch Not Disabled

I recently upgraded a Window 7 Pro machine to Windows 10 Pro. I no longer have the option to switch users.

This machine is on a domain. All other machines on the domain allow user switching.

I've disabled the Hide Fast User switching using Local Group Policy Editor and verified the change in regedit.

This seems to be the "fix" I find on websites and forums. What other suggestions should I try?

The image below is my main machine (switch user is working).

Both are logged in as domain admins. Both are on the same domain. Other machines I've upgraded recently allow switching. Only this one machine is giving me fits.

I understand you are having trouble with switching users since you don't have this option on this current pc. Let me help you with this.

I checked and found a resolution of this. Have you tried this link:

That link was also tried. There are 7 users listed under the Administrator group. None show up (since switch user isn't an option.)

Fix 2 - via the command prompt. Does not give the same screen result as shown. Myscreen is below with log below that.

Below is the entire log. There is one section of errors under Configure General Service Settings.
