    The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

    and APPID

    {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

    to the user DESKTOP-41VC2IP\Jonathan SID (S-1-5-21-71245052-2910204098-573569821-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

    I see. Do you remember your older Windows 10 version like 1809/1903?

    If you are on 1903 we might be able to uninstall 1909.

    Is it possible to test the GPU in another computer?

    Completely remove everything of Graphics driver using DDU and install the newest copy of the driver available.

    You can head to either the card manufacturer or device manufacturer to get the newest driver.
