    Hi NNQ,

    1. Right-click taskbar.
    2. Click Task Manager.
    3. Scroll down and search Windows Explorer.
    4. Right-click Windows Explorer and click Restart.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let me know how it goes.

    Hi NNQ

That folder does not actually exist on your hard drive any more, you need to run check disk to remove that entry . . .

In File Explorer, choose 'This PC', then right click your C drive and choose Properties

On the resulting dialog, choose the Tools Tab and click 'Check'

You will probably be given an error that the disk cannot be checked while Windows 10 us running form that disk, choose to perform the check after a restart and then restart your PC . . .

    Hi NNQ

Right click that folder and choose Properties

On the resulting dialog, what is the exact reported location of that folder?

Open Windows File Explorer, then navigate to C:\Users

What folders do you find in side that Users folder?
