Hi to everyone,

i'm new on this forum and i hope someone can help me.

I have a PS3 eye camera, and i'm using it on PC (windows 10) with CL eye driver test, it still works (i'm using it for a track hat) if i open cl eye driver test i can see on the monitor my face recorded by cam, but if i try to use webcam with other application (facebook, skype etc.) it doesn't work, simple the cam it's not recognized, Any suggestion? i know that there is a way to make it works.

I don't like the idea yo buy a new webcam!

    I am sure which ManyCam driver (or software) are you talking about.

    Could you provide a link?

    I have the same problem. Camera Driver is installed (that was made for windows 7 btw), and the software that comes with it recognizes the camera and displays the image.

    The windows apps however do not recognize that a webcam is connected.

    My guess is that it's a driver problem and something changed between windows 7 and windows 10 how programs make use of the webcam, so it doesn't work anymore with the old driver.

    I bet if i were to revert my Windows 10 to windows 7 , it would work again.

    1. Resetting the camera app does NOT involve opening the camera app. Please read and follow the step as written.

    Hi, thank you.

    1. when i open the camera app the webcam it's not recognized, so i can't reset it (i think this could be the problem),
    2. in the privacy i have permission for webcam to use all apps and programa,
    3. i have installed the latest drivers (already tried to uninstall and reinstall),
    4. i have latest windows updates installed,
    5. i don't think it's a windows problem, because with the track hat program and the webcam test program i can see my image on screen, so the video signal arrives to the PC correctly.

    I think the problem is in point 1 because the camera app don't recognize the cam, and i think that skype etc. use this app.

    Thank you for your help and i hop you can have other advice for me.
