Windows 10 BSOD - lvrs64.sys

Hello.

In the past few days I've been experiencing a BSOD regarding the lvrs64.sys driver of Logitech (error code: SYSTEM_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED). I have downloaded the latest driver related software from logitech which is probably the Logitech Camera Settings; but, is this the problem? I've done it also in the past and for a long time I didn't have any BSOD episodes. Why now? What else could it be? Any suggestions.

Do you have a logitech camera?

Try uninstalling any logitech camera driver and/or software from your computer, restarting and then test to see if you still get the blue screen.

If you do not get a blue screen after this then try to install the latest driver from the manufacturer site and see if you get a blue screen after that install.

Hello! I am an Independent Advisor, I would love to help you out!

Can you upload the dump files from the bluescreen then I may be able to look further into the root cause potentially.

The dmp files should be located here: C:\windows\Minidump

Zip any files and upload them to onedrive and link the download here. From there I can look at it further.
