Hi PP. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 years Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator here to help you.

See here how to install Group Policy to Windows 10 Home:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to choose if I resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

When I run following batch file, group policy shows up, but I cannot find Office 2019.

Would office 2019 installing before enabling group policy cause missing office 2019 under group policy?

Do I need to enable group policy first before installing office 2019?

    Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you very much for any suggestions (^v^)

Referring to following articles, I need to setup macro security in order to enable macro without pop up, but it requires to do setting with GPEdit

Do you have any suggestions on which GPEdit should be downloaded?

If you have Windows 10 64 bit showing in Settings > System > About, then install 64 bit. Office 32 bit can run on it.

May I ask why you are asking about Office now? What about gpedit?
