I would like to know on where is official link to download GPEdit.msc for Windows 10 Home.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    You can use any of them you want. They're all free and work about the same. The differences are explained in the article.

    Articles do not mention on which one is 32 bit / 64 bit,

    Version : Windows 10 Home 64 bit

    Version : Office 2019 32 bit

    I would like to know on which one works with Office 2019 (32 bit).

    Referring to my post, Selfcert is generated locally and it assigns into Excel and "Disable all macros except digitally signed macros" is set

    when I open files, which should suppose to run, but security warning stop running macro.

    Do you have any suggestions on what wrong it is?
