When I press Fn Key F12 (end), it prints a "1" instead of moving to end of line.  F11 (home) works correctly.  How to fix?  This is on a new Dell XPS laptop.

Now it stopped printing a "1" and instead F12 moves to end of the line as it should.  I do not know why the problem started or why it (apparently) ended.

Dell uses some of the other keys for it on the new Dell XPS Laptop: your Fn+F12, End, would be 1 on a separate number pad on an external keyboard depending on the NumLock state.

Maybe you can test it next time with the On-Screen Keyboard in Settings > Ease of access > Keyboard opened (this can mirror some pressed keys). Select the Options key, then put a check with Turn on numeric key pad. The NumLock key appears in the bottom right corner of the On-Screen Keyboard. Click that to turn on NumLock and use the keys to check? (This may be of interest to you for some future use.)
