    Hello,

I'm your Independent Advisor for today. I know this can be frustrating, but don't worry. I'll help you figure this out.

Please answer the following questions so we have a better idea of what might be happening:

    1. What are the steps you took to attempt a fix?
    2. Does the message appear right away after you sign in?
    3. What happens when you press Ctrl + Alt + Del when you see the same error message?

For the meantime, you can perform a system restore to revert the PC to a working state. The said step will undo whatever changes that were made to it, like installing apps or Windows Updates:

    1. On the Windows sign in screen, press and hold down the Shift key, then click Restart. Don't let go of the Shift key until you see "Choose an option".
    2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore
    3. Click Next.
    4. Select a restore point dated prior to the problem, then hit Next. If you don't see your preferred restore point, click "Show more restore points" and choose from there.
    5. Click Finish.

System restore will take a while to complete. Please make sure not to interrupt this process. Once completed, please try to use the PC and check if the issue is resolved.

Hope to hear from you soon.

if possible  boot the windows into safemode , then uninstall installed latest update , if you cant able to  boot means .

then boot with windows dvd or usb , go to  command prompt

copy  the desktop folder  from *C:\Users\yourusername*   from  to *C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile*

exit from recovery  mode , then boot as normal mode

Have you tried the steps for system restore from above?

If not, pull up the Task Manager again, then click File > Run new task.

In the box that will appear, type this in and click OK:

    explorer.exe

This should pull up the usual desktop.

Please tell me if this works.
