New Epson Perfection V370 Scanner

New scanner is not recognised  Windows 10 64bit ! 

Tried loads of suggestions from the net etc etc but no success, error crode 43 and usb devise not recognised !

Any suggestions welcome please, using a Dell Latitude Laptop, all software/drivers seem to be latest

    Thanks for the input, I became disillusioned with the scanner and the amount of time wasted, so it was returned.

    Thanks Greg, I have tried all options offered by Epson and seems I have the latest versions installed but give it another go from your link.

    Thanks, Greg, I have tried many of the suggestions from the net, ensuring the properties are as suggested etc and now lost patience with it. A new product should not be sold that has such an issue, so it will be returned very soon.

    Download and install the latest Scan driver from Epson under Drivers & Software here:

    https://www.epson.eu/products/scanners/consumer...

    See below that under Manuals the Setup Guide to go through that if necessary to install the other drivers automatically from Windows, run through the Setup correctly.
