Windows 10 on Trio Pro Book 10.1 2/1 Tablet

I have tried for such a long time to fix my tablet. When I turn it on all I get is the Trio logo and white spinning dots. I have followed the instructions via windows support to try and enter winRE but to no avail. I bought this little tablet brand new and used it a few times and it's been in the box since, can someone help me? I realize it is not an expensive piece of computer technology but &169.00 for a woman on disability its a great chunk of change to waste and I can't get in touch with anyone at Inspire technology. Go figure right? Help if you can or not too embarrassed. Thank you

    Sounds like either it requires resetting or had failed.

    Let’s try resetting:

    Power on the device and wait for the lock screen to come on.

    Hold power button down until the (power off, reboot, or silence device) menu comes up.

    Press and HOLD power off selection! It will pop up a screen that asks if you want to restart im SAFE MODE! (Thats the missing element!)

    Select yes and when the screen goes black quickly press and hold down the + volume (up volume) button until the factory reset screen comes on

    Release the button, use - volume (decrease button) to select choice and power button to select choice!

    Yes it is fully charged and still actually on the charger. I apologize for the "not helpful" mark, it wasn't against your suggestion it was simply it didn't work for my tablet. I can turn it on then wait 10 seconds it turns off repeat the process but when I turn it back on all I get is the Trio logo and the white thinking dots circling. Every once in a while a message from windows pops up saying to hit ok and let the installation of windows begin after a restart but it never does. I just got a code with a code message of DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION and I have no idea what that means. Do you have any idea? And btw you are being very helpful and I do appreciate everything you are suggesting for me to try.

    This does not work because all that happens is the trio logo and the spinning white circle of thinking dots either comes on or goes off. Any other suggestions? I am willing to try anything. I even have a system image usb that I can not boot up with because I can not get passed the trio logo and that darn annoying circle of thinking white dots. LOL
