    Hello,

I'm your Independent Advisor for today. I know this can be frustrating, but don't worry. I'm here to figure this out for you.

Please try using an online keyboard checker to see if there are issues with the keyboard:

    http://keyboardchecker.com/

You can also try plugging in another keyboard and see if the problem persists there.

    Hope this helps.
