How do I connect my PLT_Legend bluetooth headset to my Windows 10 PC?

How do I connect my Plantronics PLT_Legend Bluetooth headset to my Windows 10 PC?  (It connects fine to my iPhone.)  Other Bluetooth devices, like my UE Boom speaker, connect via Bluetooth without a problem.

    Hi Clyde,

    I'm Paul, a Microsoft Community Member. I hope I can help you with your concern.

    1. Start >Settings>Devices
    2. Turn Bluetooth on
    3. Click Add Bluetooth or other devices

    4..Choose the kind of device you want to add

    1. Turn on Bluetooth headset
    2. Your PC will discover your device to pair
    3. Select when device is discovered
    4. Click Pair
