Benq Scanner 5000 is not working in Windows 10

Hello,

I have connected my Benq Scanner 5000 to my Dell laptop (running Win 10). I don't know why the system says the scanner is not connected. I have also tried with Vue Scan and Vue Scan also says the same issue e.g. The scanner is not found. I have checked the device properties it shows: This device cannot start. (Code 10)  Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

Please check the attached screenshot and tell me how can I solve this out.

    Hello,

    Open control panel then go to hardware and sound.

    Then click on devices and printers,

    look for the BenQ scanner in the window.

    Then right-click on the scanner and uninstall it.

    After it uninstalls, install the driver but with the scanner disconnected unless the software prompts you to plug it in.

    ok thanks buddy for the response , i will try to again find some software and If i find which can make it work then will share it with you , and same if you find some thing little early then me do help me thanks

    Hello, I'm Harry,

    I see this is an older Flatbed scanner.

    Have you tried downloading a driver for it from online?
