I'm giving my PC a full reset. Its stuck on 54% can anyone help?

I went to do a full PC resetting which I understood it can take a while. However it has been stuck on 54% for almost an hour, is there anything I can do? Should I reboot it? Will that mean I have to restart the progress?

Thanks in advance.

It may be downloading updates or drivers. Is there any hard drive activity-is the HD light flashing/lit?

Almost an hour isn’t that long so I’d wait a while longer.
