You're very welcome. Seems like a lot of people ran into this problem about a month ago and then a solution didn't appear until 8 days ago, so I wanted to spread the good news for those who wouldn't otherwise see it.

2020-03-06T12:07:09+00:00 I used to use the Photo app to share photos to Instagram, it now looks like that is not an option. So no more photos from the PC, only via Android phone app.
Can't quite see the point of losing that functionality.

2020-03-27T12:20:24+00:00 I think i might have a similar problem. After updating my Instagram App on a Windows 10 PC (Surface Book) I found I could no longer post in the App. The camera icon has disappeared and I can not add Insta to my camera or microphone settings, as it is no longer in the list to be able to enable it. I've tried reinstalling the insta app, resetting it, running the microsoft store troubleshooter and many other options but nothing has worked. Is it related to this PWA upgrade? I'm running Insta version 42.0.2.0. Is there nothing I can do to get Insta working from my PC the old way? I can open the App, but it's useless if I can't post from my PC.

2020-03-06T07:35:05+00:00 Hi,
I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help. This is likely expected as they have moved to PWA instead of native Windows 10 app. Here is a more explanation on this:
