How to buy just a Windows 10 home key?

Hi guys,

I already have Windows 10 home installed, and don't want to re-install it, all I'm wanting is a key to make my Windows genuine.

I thought about buying https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/windows-10-home/d76qx4bznwk4?activetab=pivot%3aoverviewtab but it says it's an install onto a USB. I'm not trying to install windows or upgrade, I'm just wanting to make my current version genuine. How do I go about literally just buying a key?

P.S. I had a previous key, several years ago when I bought my pre-built PC but lost it after having my mobo and CPU upgraded.

Thanks

    Hello CJ,

I think I'd know if my PC is running a genuine version of windows or not, judging by the watermark and inability to customize the PC.

As well, there was no activation code when I put in the command.

    Thanks for the help though.
