    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you want to transfer photos from your old laptop to new laptop. I’ll certainly assist you with the details.

The best and easiest way to transfer the photos will be using a USB flash drive. If you have USB flash drive, you can copy the photos to the USB flash drive from the old laptop and then transfer the photos to the new laptop.

Alternatively, you can upload the photos to OneDrive*.* OneDrive is free online storage that comes with your Microsoft account. Save your files in OneDrive folders and you'll be able to get to them from any PC, tablet, or phone.

You can access the files in OneDrive using your Microsoft Account from any device. If you re-install Windows or change your computer, you can easily download all your files through OneDrive on your new machine without the hassle of migrating data manually.

You can refer the article OneDrive on your PC to configure OneDrive.

You may also refer Sync files with OneDrive in Windows to sync your files with OneDrive.

For additional information, you may refer the article Save disk space with OneDrive Files On-Demand for Windows 10.

Hope the information provided by me is helpful for you.

Let us know if you need any further assistance, we will be glad to help you further.
