my alienware command center not working properly

Hi ..

Alienware command center caused issues for my computer as it doesn't work properly and I cant solve the problem I had uninstall AWCC and Re-installed it and apply all the process and steps but not work . help please...

    This doesn't work.

    Your OC Controls link is the same one as the Command Center one.

    After downloading the Version 5.2.75.0, A00 I get prompted to download additional components (OC controls) with which I get the same error code "No alien FX devices detected" etc.

    To anyone still experiencing this problem:

    A user on the Dell forums seems to have found a solution. He posted it on page 7 of this thread

    Pretty comical us users have to find solutions to a problem that has been around for almost a year and for software that has been forced on us.

    first make sure you have uninstalled 

    • alienware command center suite (&)
    • alienware OC controls

    and clean up by following thisguide. 

    Then reboot the system.

    Download latest OC controls and Command Center from dell website and install it.

    Once rebooted, It should fixed the issue.

    Make sure that you don't have any other old oc controls versions in your system.

    If there is, just removed old version and re-install new version.

    Hello please for help after the first start AWCC everything worked as it should but after about 2 days already FUSION still does not work only loading the instructions I uninstalled and installed new and I even installed Control OC and still FUSION I do not know what to do

    Dobry den prosim Vas o pomoc po prvom zapnuti AWCC vsetko fungovalo ako malo ale asi po 2 dnoch uz FUSION nefunguje stale iba nacitava podla navodu som odinstaloval aj nainstaloval na novo a dokonca som nainstaloval aj Control OC a aj tak FUSION nefungujem uz neviem co robit
