OK. Think i got it. I had to plug in the amp into the computer and turn the amp on, then enable the Fender driver to become the prime "recording" function. It's working (thought not as optimally, and now it the recorder just says "Fender AUX" instead of Fender ASIO". Windows did still manage to degrade the quality of the Fender ASIO driver (unless it's just not finding it for some reason), but, for now, it's working (just not as well).ew
Fender Driver Not Appearing for Windows 10
Windows 10 updated last week, and now Windows 10 isn't picking up my Fender ASIO amp driver plugin I installed to record guitar tracks through a usb to a recording program. What do I do?

2020-02-28T17:22:19+00:00 I think I tried that. I'll need to try that later when I get home. Stay tuned (figuratively :) )

2020-02-28T16:53:45+00:00 OK, if you right click on the volume control in the lower right corner of your screen on the taskbar and choose Open Sound Settings, can you select your device there? I am assuming it will be classed as an input device?

2020-02-28T16:47:53+00:00 Hi Neil
Thanks for replying! Yes, I tried to uninstall and reinstall - both the Fender ASIO and the Audacity program. That didn't work.
I'm wondering if it's a setting I'm missing in windows...like I have to select the Fender ASIO device (I use it for recording).
Thanks!

Have you tried re-installing the driver/program again following the windows update?
