    Hi Jeannie

    Click the volume icon on your Taskbar, and use the volume slider . . .

    If that is not loud enough for you, then you will need to download a free Graphic Equalizer utility form the Internet and using that, turn up the gain, however, you will still be limited by the Audio driver and chip on your PC . . .

    Here is an example of a free Equalizer, though many are available online:
