I am running Windows 10 which was a free update from Windows 7 proon  a HP Elite Book which did have some problems with the mouse moving on its own which i never got to grips with so i switched off the pad and used the touchscreenn

After Windows 10 latest update i have lost my Backspace Enter Right Arrow Keys i have researched and tried keyboard settings turning off Sticky and Filter Keys

I have also removed the driver and tried to update the drivers but still the same outcome looking on the Tabs at Events there are some changes that seem to have been made at the time of the Windows update:

    Hello JohnDoe-69,

thank you for providing this question.

I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.

Check your keyboard settings first in the regional settings, namely the layout selected for your keyboard. This is important as this makes the mapping of each key so verify the correct layout is selected.

If everything seems alright with keyboard settings we can scan for system corruption using the cmd (found in start).

Launch cmd as admin and copy and paste the four commands in there.

Please report back any eventual error message.

    SFC /Scannow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

If you consider your problem solved it would be very good if you marked the answer which helped you so others can find and use this thread.

If this didn't solve your problem or you need further assistance please answer in this thread and i would be happy to help.

    kind regards

    F. Grobusch

You could try uninstalling recently installed updates one by one with a reboot inbetween each until you find the one which broke your keyboard driver.
