The "Security Intelligence Updates" are signature updates for Microsoft Security Essentials. Microsoft has decided to continue these updates (for now) although the MSE "engine" won't be updated. See https://www.askwoody.com/forums/topic/windows-defender-after-updates-stop/ MSE definitions will be supplied "until 2023" -- https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17150/windows-7-what-is-microsoft-security-essentials
Note that although the update says its for "Windows Defender Antivirus," in Windows 7, Windows Defender is NOT an antivirus but rather an anti-spyware application. I don't have MSE installed on my Windows 7 box, and I continue to get these updates as well, so I assume that they apply to Windows Defender as well as MSE.
All of the rest of those updates
- Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - January 2020 (KB890830)
- 2020-01 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4534310)
- 2020-01 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB4535102)
- 2020-01 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4536952)
were included in the January 14, 2020 "Patch Tuesday" updates. Your system just didn't get around to downloading and/or installing them until the dates you mentioned.
Going forward, you should continue to see new "Security Intelligence Updates" and updates for Microsoft products that have not reached "end of support" (such as Office 2016 and newer versions) but few, if any, other updates
