My Plantronics RIG 400 Pro HC headset mic is not working on windows 10 PC

Hey there,

I have bought a Plantronics RIG 400 Pro HC headset about a year ago. I have been trying to fix the mic that came with the headset for a long time. I have seen Youtube videos and asked friends about the problem, but nothing works. I have even deleted driver and re-installed it. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please answer!

    Have you tried enabling access to your Microphone in Privacy? If not, go to Settings> Privacy> Microphone. If it says "Microphone access for this device is off, change it to On. Then, make sure “Allow apps to access your microphone” is set to On. Also, enable apps to access your Microphone by enabling them under “Choose which apps can access your microphone”
