Looking at the two screenshots. The first you have used the wrong command so you don't get the correct result. You need to type SLMGR /DLV (I've typed in upper case so you can see the correct letters)

The fact there is no embedded licence key means it did not come pre-installed from the manufacturer with Windows 10, or for that matter Windows 8. It could have been Windows 7, is there a licence label for Windows 7 on the underside of the device.

As per another post you could have Enterprise edition, which is wrong for a single user. You should ask the shop about the Windows 10 licence, but you can go with the info from here if you run the command above. Please see if you can run the command and post the screenshot so we can give you feedback. You need to be aware though that the seller may have installed an illegal licence or you need to buy a licence depending on the edition of Windows 10 installed.

Was it pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Home?

The licence key provided by Asus will be embedded in the bios. Open a PowerShell (Admin) and enter

wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey then press return. Enter this key in Settings > Update and security Activation Change product key.

    What is the result.

To check your licence enter slmgr /dlv press return in the same command prompt and post a screenshot if you are still having issues.

    Hi Mr Chaker Atallah

    Windows 10 does not expire . . .

That error you are seeing, generally indicates a problem with the licence installed on your PC, it may be a volume licence, was that PC new when you purchased it and if so, did you purchase that form a shop or online, or form Asus?

Your PC is currently running the Pro version of Windows 10, do you know if that is the original version installed on that PC or was that the Home version?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog . . .
