CTRL:+WIN+C doesn't work - documentation indicates that this will display only black&white. Any suggestions as a friend with Macular needed to use Windows 10 without color.

    Hi losgatosjoe

is the shortcut turned on in settings -> ease of access -> colour filters?

you also need to turn colour filters on first and make sure that greyscale is selected.

tick the box to allow the shortcut, you can then use winkey+Ctrl+C to toggle the filter on or off
