Program stopped running today... Administrator has Blocked.  My login is as Administrator. After many attempts to resolve. I backed up my files and uninstalled.  I now get to same block message for the Setup program when I try to reinstall.  Any suggestions?

I encountered the same problem, and I could also not uninstall the program for the same reason.  I found that if you disable the UAC via Regedit program, it will work.  I hate to pay Broderband $30 for the same program again (for a .1 upgrade?  That's Unconscionable!).  I use it so infrequently that I will just turn UAC off and back on when I do.  Here's the path to use in REGEDIT program:

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

then click on the EnableLUA item,  and then change the Value  "1" entry to a Zero, and back again as needed.

I reported the problem to Broderbund.  They said there is code in Version 12.1 that is not compatible with the updated Windows 10.  Their suggestion was to update to Version 12.2.

I purchased this Version for $29.95 but used the code WELCOME25 for a 25% discount . Download and installed the new version.

CC retained my settings from the previous version and works well

I have the same problem.  I am the only user on my privately owned computer and the only person who has administrator access.  Suspect it is a problem with the recent windows update.  I bought the program, have used it for years and want to continue using it.
