Keyboard not working in Bitlocker

I cannot enter the required code at Bitlocker boot screen because the keyboard is not working or detected at this stage and cannot boot to Windows?

I tried with another keyboard (both are USB wireless) with no success.

What should I do except wiping the disk and reinstall?

I am really glad to hear that resolved it. And yes I would enable Secure Boot after the encryption since it is a best practice keep your BIOS secure.

Be sure to have a secondary backup of your encrypted data because we see too many unhappy endings with BitLocker here as of recently.

I removed the CMOS battey (since the jumper is not included with my motherboard), waited and then remounted the battery and to my surprise, I was able to type the password at Bit Locker boot screen.

    The solution is the following:

If you run an Asrock motherboard disable "Fast boot" in BIOS before starting BitLocker. Apparently with Fast boot enabled, the keyboard simply doesn't work at BitLocker boot screen. I tried with three keyboards and with a USB to PS2 adapter. My computer is now perfectly running with BitLocker and Secure Boot enabled.

I also want to pay my respect to Gregg Carmack for his perseverance and suggestions.

No. No one  I know has one and I'm not going to buy it. I guess I learned a lesson not to trust Microsoft's instruction. They are generic at best. I believe I'm quite diligent (someone I know would say obsessive or pedantic) before deploying a new feature like Bitlocker or new software or hardware in general, but have not found any warning about Bitlocker and wireless keyboards. Even if I would opted for USB drive (since my computer does not have a TPM) this would still be an issue. Imagine that you lose the USB drive or the USB drive stops working, since you cannot use the USB keyboard you get locked out of your PC.

I also cannot fill a bug since I'm locked out of my computer now. Even I filled one I doubt it would be fixed. There are some bugs I filled and refilled years ago and haven't been fixed. I suspect they will never be.

    Thanks for the links.

I have a custom build desktop PC and before checking an modifying the BIOS I have to open the case and reset the Bios first. I enabled Fast boot and is so fast that is impossible to enter the BIOS.

Hopefully I will find some settings regarding USB. Otherwise there is an option to secure wipe the disk, if you know what I mean ...

    Thanks for your help, Gregg

Thanks for the link Gregg. I think I have no other option than to perform a clean install and lose some data.

It would be really great if Microsoft would warn users with a clear statement that Bitlocker does not work with wireless keyboards because somehow they are not recognized on this early stage of boot. It would save me from data and time loss.
