Hello shaikriyaz1, my name is Farah and I'm an Independent Adviser. I can help you regarding this problem

You can open task manager, and then in the performance tab, you see down "Process monitor"

If you opened Process monitor, you can access Network tab, and sort the view based on the Sent/ receive byte.

It will give you the first hints on the process that is eating up your internet.

Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!

    Farah
