Please set the game to either Windowed or Full Screen Windowed (if there's such an option) and see if the problem persists. You can also check if it's running at a higher resolution than what your monitor can output.
You can also try checking for driver updates for the graphics card by installing updates or through Device Manager:

- Are you playing SimCity in full screen mode?
- What's the graphics card you're using?
- What's the PC's make and model?

Hello! First of all thank you for answering so fast.
I started playing this game last week and whenever i leave the game the screen stayed zoomed in for a few seconds and then everything would come to normal but not today.
Yes i play in full screen mode.
My graphics card is Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
My pc is a HP envy x360.
