Brother HL-2380DW PRINTER: "Print Unable 04"

When I turn on printer it shows "Print Unable 04" and says to turn power off and then back on again?

It lets me scan but that's all . thanks

    I understand that you receive an error, ‘Print Unable 04’ when trying to use your Brother printer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.

    We would like to know the version of Windows installed on the computer. To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

    The error "Print Unable 04" indicates that a hardware malfunction has occurred. I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article "Print Unable 04" and see if that helps.

    But the laser is no good , up for a new machine.
