i can't find my "connect" app on my windows 10 pro N version 1909 and can't find prject to this pc
and when looked for the connect app folder location didn't find it in sysapps

I understand that you are facing issues with using Miracast on your PC running Windows 10 Pro N edition. For further clarity on the issue, I would like to know the version of Windows 10 that you are using.
Refer the article Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
One of the things that you can try is installing Media Feature Pack on your PC and see if that helps. Refer the article Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10
