    Same issue for me. I get the same error. I cannot even load a simple app like the Calculator.

    Hello Didi,

    I have run the sfc /scannow.

    The CBS file says that the only corrupted file is a jpg, which is default lockscreen wallpaper.

    Have you run DISM.exe also ?

    Restart your computer when you have done both and check if the issue persists.
