Hey,
So i figured out why my webcam wasn't working. I'm not sure if it will work for you but my laptop had a tiny switch on its side which disabled the webcam.
Hope it helps.

Basically title. I really need to use the camera for online classes cause of the corona virus but when I try to use it, it gets an error message saying "We can't find your camera". There's no camera related thing in device manager. I've tried scanning for hardware changes with device manager but nothing changes. my laptop model is HP ENVY - 13-aq0044nr if that helps.

Thank you so much for the help.
The webcam test says that it could not find a webcam. I looked at the privacy settings and all the apps are enabled. I've been looking to find and download drivers but I can't find a camera driver on the hp website.
I am having the same problem with my Dell Desktop Computer with Windows 10, Ver. 1909. I have tried everything under the sun. Even Microsoft tech support could not fix this problem. Please advise. Thank you.
Thanks. I have a Dell Desktop computer. Integrated 2.0 megapi xel webcam.
Hi, I'am Karl an Independent Advisor and here to help.
Let's see if the webcam detects in the browser (Chrome). Please see below link:
If doesn't work, Go to Privacy settings. Press and hold "Window + I" then Find the Privacy" from there, on your left pane select "Camera" and choose and enable which apps can access your camera.
Another Solution: Find and Download Drivers From computer manufacturer website.
Thanks,
